STEP 1:

Click on the name of the flier you want to open and customize.

In this example, we are going to open the Executive Gifts Flier.

STEP 2:

Enlarge the PDF to 100% and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

Move your cursor to the end of the text that reads Place your company information here (3 text lines available) and delete that line of text.

STEP 3:

Start typing your information here. You can type up to three lines of text in this field.

NOTE: The font and size can not be altered.

STEP 4:

You can now print your Customized Fliers or choose to save them to your computer.

To save them, go to the tool bar on the top left and click "File" and then click "Save As".

Here you can save your Customized Flier anywhere you prefer. Be sure to save it some place you will have easy access as you will want to print and reprint your Customized Fliers as needed.

STEP 5:

Creating a non-dynamic pdf for email distribution:

Creating a pdf document without the dynamic features included in this pdf requires the download of a freeware program called CutePDF Writer. This program can be found at the following link: www.cutepdf.com. Once this program is downloaded, you will be able to save your customized pdf’s for email blasts.

Now that CutePDF Writer has been downloaded, open your customized document in Acrobat Reader, follow the simple steps provided below to create your new pdf file.

- Select File > Print and select CutePDF Writer as
your printer (DO NOT select “Print to file” option).
- You will get a Save As dialog box prompted for
saving your non-dynamic pdf file.
- Select a folder to Save in and enter a File name,
then click on Save.
- Go to that folder to find your pdf file for email
attachment purposes.
