SHIPPING POLICY
LaserBits strives to ship orders quickly and efficiently. Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours if placed on a weekday. When your order is processed, tracking information can be sent to your valid email address. Some materials have shipping restrictions which may cause longer than normal delivery times. These shipping-restricted materials include:
- CerMark Metal Marking Solution in the 100, 250, and 500 gram containers. These materials require a special handling fee and are recommended to be shipped via ground service.
CerMark Metal Marking Spray Can requires special ground shipping at no additional charge.
Weld-On 4 Acrylic Glue requires special ground shipping at no additional cost.LaserBits ships via major shipping companies like UPS and FedEx. Regular shipping via U.S. mail is no longer available due to security restrictions.Delivery addresses east of the Mississippi River may ship from our Ohio warehouse. Some shipments may be split and ship from Phoenix and Ohio.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes
If you select a P.O. BOX for your shipping address, this could result in a delay. Please select a physical address for all shipping purposes.
RETURN POLICY
Returns Damaged or defective products may be returned within 60 days for a full refund or replacement. Other returns during the 60 days from date of purchase are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Contact Customer Service for specifics.

See how you can earn a discount between 3% and 10% off your order:
- $ 300+ = 3% Discount
- $ 500+ = 5% Discount
- $1000+ = 7% Discount
- $2000+ = 10% Discount
LaserBits offers discounts based on the dollar value of the order.
Single item orders with quantities 500+ can be specially quoted.

3. Fill in your contact information.
4. Log In Details - Enter your email address and create your own unique password.
Once you have completed this Log In screen, click on submit.

All orders for our products can be placed via internet, phone, fax, or email.
We suggest ordering by phone when:
- Your order is critical.
- Your order contains hazardous materials (SUS 018, SUS 019, and SUS 133 ) and you are wanting to use your own UPS or FedEx shipping account number.

| Product Notes |
Our products are tested for consistency but many are made by hand or from natural materials. Sizes and colors may vary slightly from what is shown due to nature or the manufacturing process.
Many items have decorative graphics and the engraving area will be less than the outside dimensions.
All LaserBits products are blanks and do not include engraving. We sell wholesale to engraving
shops around the world and do not offer a job shop engraving service. We encourage you to
check out our Job Shop Listings to find a job shop in your area.
