The Hot Stamp Die material features a high temperature silicon material bonded to an aluminum plate. A 50+ watt system is recommended for engraving this material.
After engraving, use a saw to cut the soft aluminum to size to fit the hot stamp machine. Wash the die with water and it is ready for production.
