The 1-1/4 thick acrylic Wedge Facet Award was engraved using 40% power and 100% speed on a 35 watt laser system. Engraved slightly out of focus by .020 inch yielded a smoother engraving with no raster lines in the large fill areas of the graphic. The Wedge Facet Award is self standing so no additional base is required to be glued on.
