The text was created in Corel DRAW and engraved at maximum speed at 30% power on a 25 watt laser system. The engraving depth was .003 inches which resulted in a clean, frosted look. The laser system was adjusted to run slightly out of focus making a smoother-looking background. The text was inverted in Corel DRAW before printing to the laser system so that it could be read correctly through the acrylic.
